Food in Japan is probably one of the most vibrant cultures amongst any others in Japan. When I first travelled to Japan, what left as the deepest impression to me was the food here. Not only does the food taste great, food presentations and services are second to none! For years I have tried and tasted so many delicacies in Japan that I think it will be a waste not to share about it with everyone interested.

There are many stereotypes about the food in Japan that we hear from others. To name a few: healthy, raw, cleansing, anti-ageing. Well, they are not that wrong after all but the real truth behind all those healthy factors is that Japan is blessed with great soil and great weather that actually allow agriculture, food and natural resources to grow well. In fact, with different season, there are recommended food which guarantee top freshness.
