Ramen is one of my favourites and I have so much to share but I shall dedicate this post to Michelin One Star Ramen. Well, you might easily find a Ramen restaurant in many other parts of the world since it is such a popular Japanese Dish, but trust menothing taste better than here in Japan. Cheaper and richer in taste!
What’s more! It is the first time ever in the world to have Ramen branded Michelin. It is no wonder people will queue for hours just to try this out.
Nakiryu
Top recommendation! But be warned that you might end up queuing for 45mins to 1.5hours. I went there on a Sunday Afternoon and was in line for at least 2hours. The restaurant finishes its lunch hours at 3pm, but there were just too many people in the line, they had to stop receiving customers one hour before the closing time. People who came near the closing time all left with super disappointed faces (sob)..

This is the first ramen restaurant in Japan to be acknowledged as Michelin one star. However, there is a pretty complicated ticketing system that is splitted into two steps. This is probably due to the high volume of customers, I have to get queue tickets (with specific timeslots) first which will cost me 1000yen but was returned afterwards. Once in the restaurant, there is a need to purchase ticket for menu.
